Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:                                                        

The way we roll… The breakdown of bringing our wheels to you. 

Your regular mail shipping order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. International shipping orders will arrive within 10 to 14 business days. In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duty fees so please check with your local customs office.                                                                                                            

We advise you to have your packages mailed to a secure address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that say they’ve been delivered. If you are having trouble finding your package, or it has been damaged feel free to contact support@plexus-co.com where we will be able to further help you with any concerns.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:                                                                   

ARE THERE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES? 

Yes. We are happy to make any returns or exchanges you may see fit.   Not like you would ever want to... 

 But in the small chance you do, it’s important to know: In order for us to give a full exchange or refund to our customers, we require a thorough inspection of the item(s) in question, making sure they are in good form and quality before proceeding.              

** Item(s) must be in their original condition, not worn, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments. Receipts are needed for a full refund and exchange along with a reason for return attached to package. Shipping is not refunded. 

Original invoice must be included with a note of why it is being returned/what you would like in exchange. Without the receipt we are happy to provide store credit for your returned item(s). However we will be unable to give a refund without the necessary tags. So remember friends: rip, tear, and pull responsibly!

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES? 

Here at Plexus Co. we have your back and we want to make sure you know that! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are ever unhappy with your wheel and want to return it we will accept it for a refund if the item is not damaged. 

** If there is a quality issue with the purchased product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at support@plexus-co.com 

 

Return shipping and exchange costs and tax are the responsibility of the customer. 

FULL REFUND: cost that was paid for product. Shipping is not refunded on any order. 

REFUND PERIOD: 

When we receive your package we will refund you within 7 business days, where you will receive an email stating that the refund has taken place. Please note that depending on your bank it can take up to 2 weeks to show up on your credit statement. 

FORMATTING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:                                                                

Please advise reason for the return for our records. Place the information inside the return package along with the item(s). Mail return and exchange packages to:
